About Me
Introduction to Revival In Learning
I started Revival In Learning to expand my reach beyond the confines of a traditional classroom. With over a decade of teaching experience, I wanted to leverage my skills and expertise to support a broader audience of struggling students. Throughout my 13 years in education, I have honed my teaching abilities and deepened my passion for helping children learn and grow.
I am a dedicated educator with a diverse background in teaching and educational administration. My experience includes teaching kindergarten and first grade, serving as a coordinator for educational programs like YMCA reads, and working in various roles at academic institutions (University of Central Florida). I hold a degree in Education with a focus on Behavioral and Social Sciences, as well as minors in Leadership and Business. My commitment to teaching is evident through my achievements, such as being named Teacher of the Year and completing specialized training in the Orton Gillingham methodology. I am enthusiastic about leveraging my skills and experiences to support your child's academic journey.
My Experience
My mission is to foster a love of learning for your child through creative activities, easy to follow workbooks, and live or virtual courses.
“Learning is a process. It takes grit, positive encouragement, and a little bit of hope that you can and will achieve. ”
